Neo Wheels are manufactured using Permanent Mould Casting (PMC) with air cooling which has been a commonly accepted and proven technology for over 30 years used by major OEM’s in the world.

The quality of the product obtained by PMC is equivalent to that of Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC) which is more economical today to produce high volumes of each design. PMC is more economical to produce low volumes of each design based on the initial investment of plant and tooling process.

PMC allows flexibility to introduce new design faster with relatively lower tooling cost.

The manufacturing process includes casting, heat treatment, machining, polishing and finishing.
